The 18yo started hot, and the 35yo could not catch up. Alcaraz converting 4/8 break points, and saving 3 of his own to deny the Frenchman the little opportunity he had. The serving stats were not amazing, but there was sure to be a couple of nerves in the 18yo building up to his first possible title. The nerves were off after a strong belief was confirmed, and he did not look back! Congratulations to the 18yo for his first title!
